By engaging our gardening services in Surrey, including tree care services, hedge trimming, hedge cutting, and tree and stump removal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Definitions

Client: The individual or entity who engages our services.

Services: All services provided by Horizon Tree and Hedge Care, including but not limited to tree care, hedge trimming, hedge cutting, tree and stump removal, and garden clearance.

Agreement: The contractual relationship between the Client and Horizon Tree and Hedge Care.

Booking: The scheduled appointment for services as agreed upon by the Client and Horizon Tree and Hedge Care.
Services Provided
Horizon Tree and Hedge Care offers a range of professional gardening services in Surrey, including:

Tree Care Services: Pruning, trimming, removal, health inspections, and emergency tree services.

Hedge Trimming & Cutting: Shaping, maintenance, density control, and seasonal trimming.

Tree and Stump Removal: Safe removal of trees and stumps, log and debris clearance.

Garden Clearance: Debris removal, weed control, and site preparation for new landscaping.
Booking and Scheduling

How to Book: Services can be booked via phone or email.

Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method.

Scheduling: We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule; however, bookings are subject to availability.

Changes: Any changes to the scheduled services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment Terms

Pricing: All services are priced based on the scope of work and will be quoted prior to commencement.

Payment Methods: We accept cash and bank transfers.

Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Invoices: An invoice will be provided upon completion of the services, detailing the work performed and the total amount due.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount due.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule services by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost.

Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Liability and Insurance

Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Horizon Tree and Hedge Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Insurance: We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Property Damage: In the unlikely event of property damage, clients must notify us immediately so we can assess and address the issue promptly.
Client Responsibilities

Access: Clients must provide clear access to the property and inform us of any potential hazards or specific requirements before the service.

Pet Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured or removed from the service area during the provision of services.

Pre-Service Inspection: Clients should inspect their property and report any pre-existing damages or concerns prior to the commencement of services.
Service Guarantees

Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will work diligently to address and resolve any issues to the client's satisfaction.

No Guarantee on Tree Health: While we perform services to promote tree health, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or survival of any tree due to factors beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal discussions.

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing legal action.

Arbitration: Should mediation not resolve the dispute, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Surrey, United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms

Horizon Tree and Hedge Care reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surrey, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surrey.
